PET POLICY
Rules to follow
We have chosen to accept your pets in our property. Out of respect for the services that we offer, so that your stay and those to come take place in the best possible conditions, here are our instructions for good behaviour to respect.
AT THE ARRIVAL
- On request of the owner before arrival, the tenant must be able to present the vaccination certificate of his animal and the up-to-date anti-rabies certificate.
- Upon the arrival to the gîte, a state of the premises is carried out with the tenant.
DURING THE STAY
- The pet cannot be left alone in the house or in the garden, it must be supervised at all times,
- The pet is not allowed to sleep in the beds so you must bring its own bed,
- The tenant cannot not use the duvets or blankets of the gîte for the installation of his pet ,
- The tenant must bring a clean blanket to cover the sofa and the armchair in the living room in case the animal climbs on these furnitures.
BEFORE LEAVING
- At the time of departure, the tenant walks around the garden and picks up the droppings of his animal.
- Before leaving, the tenant leaves the gîte clean and pays particular attention to the presence of animal hair so as not to leave traces for future holidaymakers likely to be allergic.
RESPONSIBILITY
- The tenant remains responsible for his animal and any problems caused. If the problem does not stop, the owner of the lodging can contact the town hall or the police station.
- The renter is responsible for his animal and for all possible damages caused by the animal, in the house and in the garden (flowers, plants etc).
- The owner of the gîte declines all responsibility in the event of illness or injury which may occur to pets while on the property.
REMINDER OF THE LAW
- The law of July 09, 1970 makes the presence of pets subject to the fact that they do not cause inconvenience to the occupants.
- The rental may be terminated due to excessive barking or damage to the premises.
- In accordance with article L211-12, attack dogs may be refused by the owner.
- In all cases, wearing a muzzle is compulsory for dogs likely to be dangereous.
