IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PAYMENT
Your reservation is confirmed by the bank transfer of an advance of 25% of the total price. The rest is to be paid latest on the day of your arrival but at least 2 days before your departure, by bank transfer or cash.
In case of booking the whole house, a deposit of 500 € is to be provided on arrival and will be returned to you at the end of the stay except in the case of damage.
CANCELLATION
The Renter has to inform the Owner about the cancellation in writing as soon as possible. If the contract is canceled by the Renter, the following cancellation fees are due :
-More than 60 days before start of rental period : 100% of the advance is remboursed
-Between the 59th and 30th day before start of rental period : 50% of the advance is remboursed
-Less than 30 days before start of the rental period : no refund
ACTIVITIES
This part of France is known for its natural charm which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying simple activities in nature or discovering local attractions. This may not be the best location for those looking for big city atmosphere or popular distractions nearby. We have some great activities to offer, but many of them involve at least a short drive.
CHECK-IN / OUT
You can arrive from 4 p.m. and must leave by 11 a.m., but we try to be as flexible as possible. Let us know the convenient time for you in advance!
PETS
Please inform us in your reservation request if you wish to come with your dog and tell us about his character in a few words. The house is not suitable for dogs that are very active and often bark. Consult the rules to follow here.
SHOPS
In Bassigney there are no shops or bakery. There is a bakery and a small supermarket 3 km from the village, and bigger supermarkets 10-15 minutes drive from the house. We recommend you to buy your food and drinks in advance to have a calm arrival without having to rush to the shop.
FIREPLACES
In winter, the house is mainly heated by 2 wood stoves. You must regularly make and feed the fire in case of rental of the entire house. The 3 bedrooms each have an electric heater.
BEDSHEETS & TOWELS
Bed linens and bath towels are provided free of charge. The towels are for inside use only, so please bring your own beach towels if needed.
TELEVISION
There is no TV in the house. On the other hand, you will find plenty of books and games and of course we have WiFi.
ACCESSIBILITY
The bedrooms are upstairs and the showers are not adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility. For more information regarding accessibility, please contact us, we are open to finding solutions for everyone.
PARKING
You can park your cars in front of the house (maximum 3-4 cars) for free.
PARTIES
Our house is not suitable for your needs if you are looking for a place to party with loud music. Please respect the tranquility of the village after 10 p.m.
